Step by stepTake your training from the Gym to the Park
Use the Gym-to-Park loop to work on the skills Driven Football emphasizes. Treat timing, movement and decision-making as separate things to notice during play, rather than treating a player upgrade as a substitute for practice.
- Start with one skill
Train in the Gym before returning to the Park. As a practical focus, pick timing or movement for that session so you have something concrete to watch during your next plays.
- Choose solo or squad play
Play solo if you want to focus on your own decisions, or squad up if you want to play with others. Both are part of the Park experience; choose the format that fits how you want to practice.
- Use plays to choose the next practice
At the Park, notice whether mistimed actions, movement or decisions are disrupting your plays. Use that observation to choose what to focus on when you next train in the Gym.
