Step by stepHandle workers and customers during restaurant service
Your long-term goal is a ten-star restaurant. During service, distinguish a worker who has stopped working from a customer who is still eating or trying to leave: each situation calls for a different response. These are normal gameplay actions, not features of the universal utility build.
- Wake an idle worker
Hire Chiikawas to work in your restaurant. If a worker is being lazy, smack that worker to wake them up rather than treating the interruption as a customer problem.
- Distinguish eating from escaping
Watch for dine-and-dash customers and catch them when they try to leave. For a customer who is eating, the description separately states that hitting them makes them eat faster.
- Keep daily friendships separate
Talk to different Chiikawas daily to become their friends. Make conversation part of your visits rather than confusing it with hiring workers or waking them during service.
- Use nighttime for decoration
When you want to change the restaurant's appearance, customize at night with themes, furniture and colorways. This is a separate activity from handling workers and customers.

Questions about this build
What can I try if the restaurant feels laggy?
The game's description recommends trying a private server if you experience lag. Treat that as a gameplay troubleshooting step, not a feature of the universal utility build.
