Step by stepMake Shibuya your train destination
The train ride is the Japan leg of the described Miami-to-Tokyo vacation. Treat Shibuya as your destination if you want to continue beyond the airport and spend your time experiencing Tokyo.
- Choose the objective
Choose the train ride to Shibuya when your aim is to reach the Tokyo exploration portion of the trip, rather than linger over airport roleplay.
- Carry out the activity
Follow the described travel sequence: explore the airport, board your flight, arrive in Japan, then ride the train to Shibuya.
- Handle the next decision
On arrival in Japan, decide whether to continue toward Shibuya or spend more of your session on the airport experience. Continue by train if seeing Tokyo is your main reason for the trip.
- Decide what comes next
Once you reach Shibuya, shift from transport to a city activity: explore Tokyo with friends or make shopping your next stop.
Step by stepExplore without rushing past the airport
Travel Simulator offers both the journey and the destination as roleplay settings. Airport exploration suits a session focused on the travel experience; Tokyo suits a session focused on spending time in the city with friends.
- Choose the objective
Pick the airport if you want to explore the setting around the flight. Pick Tokyo if your interest is city exploration with friends rather than the airport portion.
- Carry out the activity
For an airport-focused visit, explore before boarding. For Tokyo, continue through the flight to Japan and the train ride to Shibuya, then spend time exploring the city.
- Handle the next decision
If you are still enjoying the airport setting, keep exploring before moving on. If you would rather see the destination, make boarding the flight your next action instead of extending the airport visit.
- Decide what comes next
After exploring Tokyo, choose a different vacation activity such as eating or shopping. If you want a quieter change of pace, make relaxation the next part of your visit.
Step by stepTurn the trip into a vacation
The vacation is not limited to getting from Miami to Tokyo. Hotels, eating, shopping, play and relaxation give you ways to break up the transport portions and shape a social visit.
- Choose the objective
Choose a hotel stay for accommodation roleplay, eating or shopping for an outing, or relaxation for a slower-paced session. These offer different ways to spend vacation time beyond transport.
- Carry out the activity
Build your visit around the activity you picked: spend time on the hotel stay, go shopping, or eat and relax. If Tokyo is your intended setting, make the Miami-to-Tokyo journey part of that plan.
- Handle the next decision
With friends, choose whether to keep the outing active through shopping and exploration or slow down with eating and relaxation. Favor the activity your group wants to spend time doing, rather than treating every stop as compulsory.
- Decide what comes next
After an eating or shopping outing, switch to play or relaxation for a different pace. After a relaxed hotel stay, use exploration as the next focus if you want to see more of the vacation setting.
