RouteIdentify a player before choosing your route
- Choose the available setup
- Choose the listed specialized option because ESP is the relevant control for first identifying players in this round. It differs from the unassigned Movement controls: ESP helps you identify who to respond to, while movement remains your decision after that player is visible.
- ESP
- Use ESP when you are deciding whether to run, hide, or approach a player. Identify the player connected to your current role, then choose the next movement direction yourself; continue when the visible target gives you a clear reason to stay hidden or change position.
- Movement controls
- After ESP has helped you identify the relevant player, use Movement controls to carry out the route that matches your role. Run and hide if you are a Good Guy, move to address the selected opponent as the Protector, or move as needed for the Bad Guy's elimination objective.
- After using the controls
- If ESP identifies the player you need, keep the route that matches your role; if the visible situation changes, stop following the old route and select a new movement direction. As a Protector, this is the point to choose whether Aim should become the next listed control for the selected target.

- Before using these controls
Start as the Protector with the Bad Guy identified as the player you intend to confront. Your concrete decision is whom to track and when to act; the described control set can support that choice, but the takedown and victory remain the round's game-controlled outcomes.
- Aim
Use Aim after choosing the Bad Guy as your target. Keep the target decision with yourself and continue while the control is directed at the player you meant to confront; if that player is no longer the relevant target, select the new target before continuing.
- After using the controls
If the selected player remains the Bad Guy you need to confront, continue the Protector's round action. If the relevant player changes, stop pursuing the previous choice and select the new target before using Aim again.
